          60 ml thin albumen - heat to 50 C                                                                                                   
                                                                                                                                              
          60 ml saline (7.19g/L NaCl)                                                                                                         
                                                                                                                                              
          .36g agar (Noble-Difco)                                                                                                             
                                                                                                                                              
          Boil(until clear) & cool to 49 C                                                                                                    
                                                                                                                                              
          Add albumen and mix well.                                                                                                           
                                                                                                                                              
 Pipette 2.5 ml into small Petri dishes(3.5cm) and allow to solidify at RT.                                                                   
                                                                                                                                              
 Store at 4 C in an air tight container with moisture.
